Stop Violence
Progetto Erasmus+
The aim of the project is to raise awareness of domestic violence, as well as to raise awareness of the factors that cause domestic violence. The project should also raise awareness among participants of the early recognition of forms and cases of domestic violence and violence against children.
22 – 28 of October, 2019
The project is implemented with the support of the National Agency for European Education Programs and Mobility of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Training participants will have the opportunity to gain knowledge about domestic violence and violence against children in order to be able to actively contribute to the fight against domestic violence and violence against children in the future.
The project was implemented in Hotel “Kapri” – Bitola, with participants from the Republic of North Macedonia, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Lithuania and Bulgaria.
Through the training, participants had the opportunity to learn more about domestic violence that involves many forms of physical and emotional abuse, as well as neglect by family members. Domestic violence can have serious and sometimes fatal consequences for victims, especially children and those who see and hear violence. Children who grew up in families where there is domestic violence over time show deviant behavior.
Participants received a YouthPass Certificate of Participation in the training.
